Deposits by Sector
Private Sector Vista Deposits are demand deposits (checking accounts and savings accounts) held by the private sector. Private Sector Plazo Deposits are time deposits and investments by the private sector (plazo fijo). Public Sector Total Deposits are all deposits held by the public sector. Public Sector Vista Deposits and Public Sector Plazo Deposits provide the demand/time breakdown within public sector holdings.
