Rental Contract Index (ICL)

The ICL (Índice para Contratos de Locación) is a blended index published by the BCRA, used to adjust residential rental contracts in Argentina under Law 27.551. It is calculated as a weighted average of CPI inflation (IPC) and formal wage growth (RIPTE), updated daily. Base value: 1 as of 30 June 2020.
